SYRIA, Uncertain southern mint. Marcus Aurelius. As Caesar, AD 139-161. Æ (23mm, 8.78 g, 6h). Bareheaded and draped bust right / Antoninus Pius on horseback left, extending arm. Unpublished in the standard references but cf.: CNG E239, lot 400; CNG E175, lot 179; CNG E163, lot 186. Near VF, earthen green patina.

There is no indication of a city name on this coin, just the names and titles of Aurelius and his adoptive father, Antoninus Pius.
